Return Policy

Pre-Order Packages – Returns

• If, within 12 months from the date you purchased a Pre-Order Package, we do not notify you that Pre-Order Packages are eligible to be redeemed, then we will provide you with a full refund.

• The Pre-Order Package is not redeemable for cash.

• We do not offer a refund for a change of mind.

Complimentary Gifts – Returns

• To the maximum extent permitted at law, we are not responsible for, and you release us from all liability in connection with the courier’s failure to deliver the Gifts to you. 

Adult Products – Returns

• Due to the intimate nature of our Adult Products we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. 
• We value the health and wellbeing of our customers. Adult Products are sent to you new and shipped directly from the manufacturing facility to our warehouse to you.
